Privacy policy

• Your email and password — to sign you in. Passwords are stored scrambled (hashed), never readable.
• Your car's plate, county, year, make and model — to work out which Texas rules apply to you.
• Dates — registration, emissions, insurance and driver's license expiry dates, so we can remind you in time. If you add it, your insurance company's name.
• Documents you upload — so you can keep them in one place. When you upload an insurance card, we read only the dates and company name from it.

We never ask for your driver's license number, Social Security number, policy number or toll account logins.

Phone photos can hide details like where they were taken. We remove that hidden information from photos before they are saved.

Documents you upload are processed by AI to extract dates (e.g. expiry dates).

Your information and files are kept on our secure cloud provider's servers. Documents live in private storage — there are no public links. When you open one, we create a link that stops working after 60 seconds.

Only you. Every record is locked to your account. We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers or anyone else. We don't use advertising or tracking tools.

To read an insurance card, the image is passed privately to an AI service for that single reading; it isn't used for anything else.

Everything travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and your data and files are encrypted while stored.

Go to Settings and tap Delete my account. This permanently erases your account, vehicles, deadlines, reminders and every file you uploaded. It can't be undone.
